Made with the Listán Negro variety, cultivated on the island of Tenerife. Harvesting takes place from mid-September onwards. For the production process, we destem the grapes and macerate them with their skins for 10-12 days, and then we transfer them to the press towards the end of their fermentation. It finishes fermenting in stainless steel tanks.
