Maruca is an ale beer brewed with wheat, barley malt and spices. It is characterised by a dense and persistent head, but with a mild to moderate carbonation. It is a light and fresh beer, but at the same time very gastronomic (which is due, among other characteristics, to its low carbonation).
It should be served chilled (between 4-7 degrees) and in a glass to enhance its aromas to the maximum. Pour the contents of the bottle into the glass, pouring lightly to create a crown of foam of approximately 2-4 cm.
Its light spicy aroma together with its fruitiness allows it to be paired with a multitude of light dishes such as salads, fish, seafood, soft cheeses, etc.
