1. Organizing company
This draw is organized by BODEGAS FERRERA SLU , with CIF B38907978 and registered office at Calle La Ladera, 26, 38550 Arafo, Santa Cruz de Tenerife , registered in the Commercial Registry of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
2. Prize
The prize consists of a gift voucher for two people to enjoy a guided tour of Bodegas Ferrera , which includes a tour of the estate, an explanation of the winemaking process, and a final tasting.
3. Participation
Anyone over 18 years of age who meets the following requirements may participate:
- Follow the official @bodegasferrera profile on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the post mentioning who you would enjoy the experience with.
- Share the post in stories mentioning @bodegasferrera.
4. Period of the draw
Participation will be open until June 17, at 11:59 p.m.
The winner will be announced publicly on June 18th via a story on the official @bodegasferrera profile.
5. Redemption of the prize
The gift voucher will be valid for 180 calendar days from the date the winner is announced .
Reservations for the experience must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
6. Data protection
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Under no circumstances will they be used for commercial purposes without prior consent.

7. Acceptance of the bases
Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these legal bases.
Bodegas Ferrera SLU reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the raffle in the event of force majeure or for justified reasons.
