Vineyards among lava: The challenge of cultivating in a unique terroir

The terroir of our vineyards is as unique as it is challenging. The volcanic conditions, combined with the altitude and intense sun exposure, create a singular microclimate that directly influences the character of our grapes. Native varieties such as Listán Negro and Listán Blanco , carefully selected to adapt to these conditions, are the protagonists of our wines.

The volcanic soil, rich in minerals, gives our grapes a distinctive character, with a complexity that is transmitted to each bottle.
