Moments Marmajuelo Naturally Sweet - Bodegas Ferrera

Made with 100% Marmajuelo grapes, grown on our La Choza Organic Farm, located 400 metres above sea level in the municipality of Arafo (Tenerife). Late harvest at the end of October. For the production, we destem the grapes and macerate them with their skins throughout the fermentation. As it is a must with a large amount of natural sugar, fermentation stops spontaneously when it reaches 15 degrees of alcohol. Both the residual sugar and the alcohol are natural.
